1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 877bat website at https://877bat.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 877bat, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the 877bat platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and 877bat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to your use of 877bat. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 877bat platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party;

877bat takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Accounts where the registered player cannot verify their age to the satisfaction of 877bat's compliance team will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-verification may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

877bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• 877bat does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 877bat reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• 877bat aims to process all withdrawal requests within one to three business days of verification completion. Processing times may vary based on payment provider schedules.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification and meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
• Each promotion may specify a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a valid claim window, eligible games, and a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion terms) must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Contribution rates are published with each individual promotion.

• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 877bat platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by these general gameplay rules as well as the specific rules displayed within each game or market.

• All casino games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology. RTP rates are published for each game and represent the long-run expected return to the player over a statistically significant number of rounds.
• Sports betting odds are set and managed by the 877bat trading team. Odds are subject to change without notice prior to an event commencing. Once a bet is accepted at a quoted odds price, that price is locked for the duration of the settlement period.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or external tools to interact with the 877bat platform. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 877bat platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account;
• Engaging in money laundering, match fixing, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, arbitrage tools, or prohibited advantage-play strategies not permitted under the rules of the relevant game;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 877bat staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion measures imposed on your own account or another player's account;
• Accessing the 877bat platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

877bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the player under our Responsible Gaming Policy;
• An instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited at 877bat's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 877bat platform — including but not limited to the 877bat brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 877bat or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the 877bat platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the platform;

877bat's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 877bat account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11 Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be read and interpreted in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any other translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
